Trading Card and Sports Cards Products
All trading card sales are final. This includes sealed products, single cards and grade cards. This is a standard policy in the trading card world.
Supplies and Other Stuff
Clothing, collectibles, and trading card supply returns are accepted if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt. In these instances, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Cards on the Creek. We reserve the right to subject any items in the above categories to the same return policy as trading cards – e.g. if it’s an item that can be tampered with or counterfeited.
Damaged Packages
Please notify us within 48 hours if your package is damaged upon receipt. We will have the damaged package returned to us at no cost to you. A replacement will be issued, provided we have available inventory.
Please do not open the carton to inspect the contents if you suspect that damage has been done to the items inside. We cannot accept a return due to damage if the item has been opened, even if the damage was incurred during transit.
Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors
Cards on the Creek is not responsible for manufacturer or production errors. This includes cards damaged during production as well as a lower-than-stated number of inserts or hits. These issues will need to be brought to the attention of the product’s manufacturer instead. We will provide you with contact information for the appropriate manufacturer to help resolve your issue.
Manufacturer replacement is typically only valid for one full calendar year after a product’s release date. In most situations, the manufacturer will do their best to provide you with a fair resolution.
